Through its Laplace Sport business the Crystal Group works alongside Mathieu Decottignies-Lafon sharing common objectives such as excellence and integrity.
Mathieu was born in 1993 and started his career in 2015 as a full-time professional in the European second division.

Team Réussite is a program that brings together entrepreneurs and top-level athletes to support them in both their sporting and professional careers.
Launched by the Institut du Mentorat Entrepreneurial (IME) and Club Insep Alumni (CIA), this modal aims to offer personalized support to athletes by providing entrepreneurial mentoring and financial backing via sponsorship.
Athletes benefit from support in managing their careers and professional retraining, while strengthening their business networks. At the same time, the entrepreneurs are committed to supporting the athletes, while creating strong links and an enriching dynamic for both parties. This program is intended for athletes, and is designed to encourage the sporting and professional success of each pair.
Financial education with the academy
Laplace has developed its own Academy. The goal of this initiative: to raise awareness and inform clients and partners in order to support their careful financial or real-estate investment choices.
