That's why, in 2025, after 6 years of supporting Sébastien Rogues, professional skipper and ambitious entrepreneur, in his sporting exploits aboard the Ocean Fifity, and supporting him throughout his conquest of international oceanic trophies, our Group is committing itself in a different way by appointing him as a sports ambassador, so that he can continue to pass on his entrepreneurial passion to the Group's ecosystem.

Team Réussite is a program that brings together entrepreneurs and top-level athletes to support them in both their sporting and professional careers.

Launched by the Institut du Mentorat Entrepreneurial (IME) and Club Insep Alumni (CIA), this modal aims to offer personalized support to athletes by providing entrepreneurial mentoring and financial backing via sponsorship.

Athletes benefit from support in managing their careers and professional retraining, while strengthening their business networks. At the same time, the entrepreneurs are committed to supporting the athletes, while creating strong links and an enriching dynamic for both parties. This program is intended for athletes, and is designed to encourage the sporting and professional success of each pair.
